Edit your details in Dashboard > Settings and your professional profile. Use your device settings to revoke camera, photo-library or location permissions. You can type a town instead of sharing device location.
Access, correction and other requests
Contact the privacy email below with the subject “ShootCheck privacy request”. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email linked to your account. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to supply them securely.
Delete your account
Contact the privacy email below with the subject “Delete my ShootCheck account”, using your account email where possible. We will verify ownership and explain deletion and any lawful retention before processing the request. A dedicated in-app account-deletion control is not currently available. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
What deletion involves
The request covers your account and associated personal information, including published profile and listing information, subject to lawful retention for outstanding transactions, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Information already received or copied by other users cannot always be recalled. We will explain any retained records and the applicable reasons.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our response, contact us to request a review. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
