Cookies and device storage
How ShootCheck keeps sessions working and remembers essential actions.
Last updated 6 October 2026Essential sign-in storage
The sc_session cookie identifies your signed-in session. New website sessions normally last up to 14 days; new native-app sessions can last up to 90 days. Signing out removes the current session. Short-lived authentication state is also used to secure sign-in and verification flows.
Continuing an action
Session storage may retain the page you intended to visit so you can continue after signing in. This is used for navigation, not advertising profiling.
Third-party services
Google Maps/Places and external sign-in providers may process technical information and use storage according to their own policies. Website payment pages are handled by Stripe. We have not integrated advertising cookies or an advertising-tracking SDK.
Your controls
You can clear site data or adjust browser/device settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. Location, camera and photo permissions are separately controlled by your device.
